Vaser Liposuction differs from other types of liposuction in that after the fat-filled areas are filled with a tumescent solution (which contains a numbing medication as well as a blood vessel constricting medication, that not only puffs up the fat making it easy to pass through the steel suctioning tube, but assures more even results, less pain and less bleeding), the Vaser liposuction uses a different and a unique steel tube which is then passed through the fat. The tip of this steel tube emits high frequency sound waves that quite literally shake up and knockout fat cells exclusively! By doing this, fat cells are turned into a liquid blend, without damaging nerves and blood vessels. The liposuction doctor then institutes the suction cannula and takes away this liquid fat fluid in a much easier and less bruising manner than with other types of liposuction.
