It has been reported in the press that many medical practitioners prescribe a placebo for their patients. In the normal course, the placebo is a fairly uncontroversial medication, for example a pain reliever, although the patient may be told that it has other medicinal properties. Medical practitioners who were questioned as part of some research into the use of placebos as medical treatment said that they thought the practice of giving a placebo was both effective and ethical.

Breaking News: MMA Athletes on Dope!

Shocking evidence in recent surveys shows that a majority of extreme sports athletes on taking steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.  Cases of doping are so widespread that athletes cant be competitive without them.  One extreme sports athlete, who asked to remain anonymous, stated that “I don’t know of any athletes who aren’t on dope.  The intensity of the sport revolves around pure strength, endurance and power.” (more…)
