You may not have made the connection between vitamins and healthy skin but the connection is definitely there. Vitamin A, for example, has been proven effective against dryness and may even help slow down the aging process. Shoot for between six to nine 8 ounce servings per day.
Exercise isn’t just good for your physical health; it’s also good for your skin. When you do anti wrinkle exercises, for example, your skin – just like any other organ – gets a workout. Circulation is improved and that’s good for plenty of reasons. Plus, your body will sweat and that’s another way to moisturize your skin, even though we tend to think of sweat in negative terms.

Our skin is being damaged all of the time without our knowledge because it is always coming into contact with harmful things in our environment.
