Improving your dietary habits but eating more whole grains and vegetables such as asparagus and broccoli can dramatically improve your skin. Folic acid, or B-6, in particular is essential for great skin and overall good health.
2.Low Glycemic Diet

3.Nutmeg and Milk

9.Change Your Makeup
For all you women out there who cannot pinpoint the origin of your acne your favorite makeup may be the culprit. Oil based makeup can make already oily skin even worse. Switch to a brand that is not oil based and you might notice a world of difference.
