Ginger is great to cook with too. Toss some in with your dishes and it will not only give your food some extra flavor, it will help you body too.

Fresh ground ginger is great in tea also..gives it kick and its healthy too.

A person can have low platelet levels when he or she has bone marrow that does not produce enough of these platelets. Low platelet number can also be blamed on a condition where the body uses and destroys platelets even when the marrow produces enough
