I don't think we're winning a battle against smoking. While less people smoke now with the heavy taxes in place and all that, we still have a long way to go until we have a smoke-free society. Certainly articles like these are a step in the right direction, but what really needs to happen is a complete and total cigarette ban. But that won't happen, because the government likes the amount it brings in with cigarette taxes.
