It is really hard to see a teenager or child that is extremely overweight. There are programs out there to prevent this from happening folks.

Actually sometimes there isn't anything you can do to prevent this. Some overweight teenagers and children get it from heritage, just like I do. You can't change the way that your family is, you can try to over come it, but you can't change it.
