My dad has really bad diabetic neuropathy and I never heard of this as a treatment for it. I am going to contact my doctor about it as so far nothing has really helped in soothing the tingling and pain and we both believe in herbal remedies as an alternative to processed medications.

I used ALA for my diabetes and it seemed to push my sugar levels down (I am a diabetic) but I stopped using it. Recently I read about it again and thought - I have that in my cabinet, I must try it. Well I can report that once again it worked.

It seems to have merit in lowering sugar readings, I will keep using it and keep track of my results.
