For any problem like this - overeating, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes - you need to ask for help because it is so hard to stop on your own. Plus when you ask for help, you're acknowledging you have a problem. When I asked for help to stop drinking, it was like a weight lifted off my shoulders.

Breaking hold habits can be extremely difficult, especially drinking and smoking, but really -- if you put your mind to something, you should be able to achieve it. Just work at it!

Although you definitely want to break all of your old habits, just putting your mind to is can screw you over. You can't just put it out there and make it happen, you need some good old fashioned work sometimes.

It is pretty obvious that old habits like smoking and drinking are hard to quit but you just need to remember to keep a positive outlook! If you keep a positive mind, you can do anything!

Whenever you are trying to break a habit, you really, really need to be focused. This is why it can be so hard!
