Funny, I love everything on this list. I must not be eating enough of it to make a difference in my cholesterol levels. Thanks for sharing these foods with us. And one small point with the sushi: even though it can contain whatever you want it to, make sure you get it from a reliable restaurant because raw fish products are still used in it and you can get sick from it if the fish is not prepared properly.

Mmm, it's awesome to know you can stay healthy while still enjoying gourmet tastes. I had no idea that half the things on this list could actually be that healthy for me. Yay hummus!

How could sushi, if it contains red meat and/or cream cheese, be low in cholesterol?
