Psoriatic arthritis is an uncommon but not rare disorder, and if you suffer from this condition you have psoriasis and arthritis. You may develop either component first, but with a big majority of sufferers the psoriasis is present before the arthritis component appears. For arthritis prevention you may use joint supplements and other steps to prevent joint damage, and a natural arthritis remedy is to use capsicum cream on the affected area. The symptoms of psoriatic arthritis can include fatigue, and a stiffness and swelling of the joints. You may also have conjunctivitis, low back pain, tendinitis, and other symptoms like low back pain. In some rare cases a fever may occur. If you have a severe case of psoriasis, the odds increase that you will develop psoriatic arthritis in at least one joint.
