    Your advice, although light, is fundamentally good. There are a ton of natural alternative immune enhancing products or resources that people can get their hands on, but nothing is going to work unless people are willing to implement the change and do something with it. I have found that the people that are easiest to convert are the people that are desperate because they are already afflicted with something, when in reality we should all be practicing preventative measures.
