I love mango but mango does not love me. I am allergic to it. What else is there that I could eat to replace mango as a metabolism booster?
Great article. All I would add there is – drink cold drinks with your food – your stomach has to warm your food up before it can digest it – it burns calories doing that and use spices like chili and curry – great metabolism boosters as well as they increase blood pressure.
CHOCOLATE U GOT TO BE JOKING ME, EVERY1 SAYS STAY AWAY FRM CHOCOLATE
i bet u will BURN MOEr if u dont touch chocolate
all in moderation, my friend. just because chocolate is associated with a guilty pleasure doesn’t mean it can’t have redeeming qualities. they’ve already explained how [dark] chocolate can benefit your metabolism so I don’t need to reiterate. if you eat ANYTHING in excess, you will gain weight. you don’t think too much cheese or nuts will pack on calories (and pounds)? why is your only problem with chocolate? portion size is key. remember that next time you think it’s ok to gorge yourself on the other 9 foods listed above.
Personally, I love most of those foods up there and now that I know that they can help you lose weight? Oh lord, I’m in heaven! Thank you so much!
Chocolate is fine, it’s the sugar that will get you, and in more than one way.
ooh. this gives me some good ideas for combos. I bet a mango, watermelon and kiwi smoothie would be a good way to start the morning. and some unsalted roasted peanuts or cashews lightly drizzled with some melted dark chocolate would make a great mid afternoon snack
