The same can be done with caraway seeds, or a tea which is stronger can be prepared and taken with every meal. A cinnamon infusion is also very beneficial for proper digestion and the elimination of digestive problems like flatulence and indigestion. Take some cinnamon sticks and boil them in four cups of water for half an hour, or until the amount is boiled down to one cup. Take a few teaspoons before each meal to prevent and resolve digestive problems. Eating parsley can also cool your digestive tract and help it work more efficiently to prevent gas and other problems. A great remedy that also tastes terrific is eating slices or strips of raw ginger after you eat. No matter which remedies you choose, if these problems do not respond to home remedies after several attempts and different remedies, you may want to discuss these symptoms with your doctor.
